Payments are always done through paypal. You have 48h to pay from the moment I replied to your claim comment.

People on my blacklist can't commission me, buy my design or own one.

Only the person who commissioned me as the rights to use and share the artwork.

You're free to post your commission on social media where I also am. Example: Twitter and Instagram. If you're sharing it on other platforms please credit my Twitter.

Payments are done via invoice on paypal only, once I accept your commission & always before I start working on it.

Payment must be done within 48 hours. After this you'll lose the commission slot.

My turnaround time vary between 2 and 4 weeks. I'm mainly free on evening & weekend, in case you need to contact me.

You can ask to be updated and receive WIPs. A WIP will always be sent at the start of a commission to make sure I get your idea right.

I reserve the right to refuse your commission if I'm uncomfortable doing it or think it is above my capacity.

Once the commission is done, you'll have 48 hours to ask for changes. After this I'll only accept small changes. Example: Add highlights to the eyes, slightly change a marking.

My art can't be used for marchandises or anything involving it being sold. For example: used on a notebook to be sell or as a sticker.

I'm storing the files up to a year. If you've lost it past this time I won't be able to unsure you I still have it.

All articles of this Terms of Service Agreement are applicable unless specifically outlined within the final written agreement between Client and Artist.

By contacting me for work you are hereby agreeing to the terms expressed above.

By purchasing one of my design, you agree to the following terms.

You can't resell one of my design if it has been traded or gifted to you.

You can't resell one of my design for more than what you've bought it for, unless it has commissioned art.

If you trade, resell or gift one of my design to someone on my blacklist, you will be blacklisted too.

Doing an overall redesign, to the point where the original design is not recognizable, will get you on my blacklist.*

Making NSFW (suggestive, sexual, gore, fetish etc) art of my design will get you on my blacklist.

I am not allowing commercial use of my design. You may contact me to discuss it.

* Alternative form are good.
